Where We Ship

We ship Australia wide and to selected international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

During busy periods (eg. market stall weekends, restocks and holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Australia:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates.

Most single bags ship as a small parcel (approx 350g, 36 × 40 cm).

Free shipping when you buy 2 or more bags Australia-wide.

International:

International shipping rates are automatically calculated using Australia Post International Standard pricing based on weight and destination.

Duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Estimates

Australia: 2 to 8 business days depending on location.

International: 6 to 15 business days, depending on country.

Please note these are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Tracking information will be emailed once your package has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us at hello@bettertotes.com.au and we’ll help lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

If the address is wrong and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will need to cover reshipment costs.

Market Stall Purchases

Items bought at our market stall are not shipped unless you request it.

Shipping fees will apply if you choose to have your stall purchase delivered.

Packaging

We use minimal, eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste.

This includes recyclable mailers and cardboard tags.
